Who we are
The Briggs District Library Board exists to responsibly manage the Library’s resources with the mission of providing easily accessible services, materials, and programs to people of all ages in order to meet their evolving recreational, cultural, informational, and educational needs.
The Board consists of seven members — three appointed by the City Commission of the City of St. Johns, and four appointed by the St. Johns Public Schools Board of Education. Board members are appointed to four-year terms, and are eligible for re-appointment to a second consecutive four-year term.
